When you contact us by phone, email or via the booking form, your details (name, phone, email, pickup/destination, date/time, notes) are stored to process your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual) and (f) GDPR.
3a. Hosting (Netlify)
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Technically required connection data (IP address, browser, timestamp) is processed. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. See netlify.com/privacy.
3b. Online booking (Cal.com)
For online ride bookings we use Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA — EU instance at cal.eu). Data you enter (name, email, phone, pickup/destination, passengers, notes) is processed to manage your booking and forwarded to buchung@taxiflott.de. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual) and (f) GDPR. See cal.com/privacy.
4. Storage period
Personal data is only stored as long as necessary for the purpose of processing or as required by legal retention obligations.
